CoreScape is sold to companies under a subscription agreement. This page summarises it in plain words; the agreement itself is provided with your order and is what governs.
The subscription
- One monthly price set by team size, every feature included. No setup fee.
- Month to month. Either side can end it with 30 days' notice.
- Office and crew both count toward the team size. If you are over your band for two months in a row, you move to the next band.
Your data
- You own everything you and your team put into CoreScape.
- Each company has its own separate database.
- We use your data only to run the service for you. We do not sell it or use it to train AI models.
- You can export your main records at any time, and request a full copy when you leave.
What we ask of you
- Tell your workers that the app records their location when they clock in and out and at each site.
- Have a person check anything the AI features draft before it goes to a client.
- Follow the rules on commercial email and text messages that apply to you.
- Don't use bots, scrapers, crawlers or AI agents on CoreScape, and don't copy or take it apart to build something similar. Your own data stays yours to export.

The content on this site describes the product as it is today and may change. Nothing here is an offer until an order is agreed. Its pages may not be used to train AI models.
