Software for companies that run field crews. It comes as three apps: TerraCore for landscape construction, GroundCore for grounds maintenance and snow, and ArborCore for tree care. Each has an office side and a crew app.
No. Each app works on its own. Start with the one for the work you do most, and add another later. Your people and their login are already there when you do.
One monthly price by team size, in Canadian dollars: $249 for up to 10 people, $349 for up to 25, and $449 for up to 75. Larger teams get their own price. Every feature is included. A second or third app is $75 a month more each.
No setup fee and no annual contract. It is month to month, with 30 days' notice to stop.
Book a demo and bring a real route, quote or week. If it fits, we create your workspace and load your clients and sites from a spreadsheet. Your crews then sign in from a link.
A phone with a web browser. They open a link, add CoreScape to their home screen and sign in. There is no app store step, and it is the same login as the office.
GroundCore crews can finish a stop with no signal and it syncs later. TerraCore and ArborCore crews need a signal today.
You do. Every company has its own separate database, hosted in Canada. You can export your main records at any time and ask for a full copy when you leave.
Not continuously. It records one location point when someone clocks in or out, and when a crew arrives at or finishes a site. If a person declines location, that is recorded and they can still work.
It writes drafts for a person to check: a site walkthrough report from your voice and photos, replies to client emails, and material lines from a supplier receipt. Nothing it writes goes to a client until someone on your team sends it.
Not yet. Hours export as a payroll spreadsheet, and ArborCore issues invoices you mark as paid. Accounting sync and online payments are planned.
Call 613 790 4530 or write to team@corescape.app. You talk to the people who build it.
Everyone who uses it, in the office and on the crews.
You move up a band for the months you need it, and back down when the season ends. Month to month works both ways.
Yes. Each app works on its own. When you add another, your people and their login are already there.
Talk to us. Larger teams get a price that fits their size, with every feature included like everyone else.
Online payments and accounting sync. In ArborCore, invoices are sent as a link and marked paid when the money arrives.
Yes. Estimates are built from your own catalog of materials and labour, with your markup. The client approves and signs online, and an accepted estimate becomes the project.
No. The walkthrough report, email drafts and receipt reader are there if you want them, and a person checks everything before it reaches a client. We can switch them off for your company.
Yes. The project record is one PDF: the estimate they approved online and when, every day worked with who clocked in and out and where, change orders, materials and photos. Download it, or send it to the client from the app: you see the whole email before it goes.
Not yet. TerraCore records deposits and payments against a job, but it doesn't issue invoices or take cards. Invoicing is next on the list for TerraCore.
Not yet. Hours export as a payroll spreadsheet for each pay period. Accounting sync is planned.
Partly. Clocking in and out works without signal: it is kept on the phone and sent with the right times when there is signal again, and the job shows what it last loaded. Adding photos and materials needs a signal.
They open a link, add it to their home screen and sign in. There is no app store step, and it is the same login as the office.
Routes of more than 100 stops run on it today. One route can be split across two or three crews, each with its own order.
Yes. Stops are ordered by real drive time, not straight lines. On a route that has started, it re-plans only the stops still left, from where the crew is.
Yes. A crew can tick the checklist, take the photos and finish a stop in a dead zone. It syncs when the phone finds signal.
Winter routes, the storm board, ground conditions and salt tracking are built. This winter is their first season in daily use.
Not automatically. For any site you can make a service report, a PDF with every visit's times, phone positions, checklist, weather and photos, and for any route a spreadsheet of every stop. Download the report, or send it to the client from the app: you see the whole email before it goes.
Yes. Send us your clients and sites as a spreadsheet and we load them when we set you up.
It is the newest CoreScape app. It was shaped with a working tree-care team and tested end to end, and that team is moving onto it now.
Yes. The on-my-way message with an ETA, quote links, booking confirmations and visit reminders go out as texts, from your company's own number.
No. Start work stays locked until the tailboard is completed and signed. If the site changes, it can be reopened, and every reopen is logged.
Yes. The job record is one PDF: when the crew set off and started, where their phones were, the tailboard signed on site, the work done and photos from before and after. Download it, or send it to the client from the app: you see the whole email before it goes.
Not yet. The invoice opens from a link, and you mark it paid when the e-transfer, cheque, card or cash arrives.
Not yet. Invoices keep your existing numbering so your books stay in step. Accounting sync is planned.
