Draft, under legal review. Not yet in force.
This policy explains what personal information CoreScape handles, why, and who it is shared with. CoreScape is operated by Series Five, Ontario, Canada. Contact: team@corescape.app.
CoreScape is used by companies to run their field operations. For almost everything in the application, the company decides what is collected and why, and we handle it on the company's instructions.
CoreScape does not track workers continuously. It records one location point at specific moments: clocking in, clocking out, and arriving at, starting and finishing a site. If a worker declines the location permission, the application records that it was declined and the shift or visit still goes ahead.
Some features send content to AI providers to produce a draft or summary for the company's staff to review: email conversations (to draft replies and to spot new leads), receipts and supplier screenshots, gallery photos, walkthrough voice recordings and photos, and site or equipment lists a company imports. We do not use customer content to train AI models, and our AI providers do not use it to train theirs.
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to run CoreScape: hosting and database, web delivery, maps, address lookup and routing, email delivery, text message delivery, push notification delivery, sign-in with Google, and AI drafting and transcription. Each one receives only what it needs for its task. The database and files are hosted in Canada; some providers are located in, or may process information in, the United States, where it may be accessible to courts and authorities under that country's laws. A current list of these providers is part of our data processing addendum, available on request. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
A company's information is kept for as long as its subscription is active. After a subscription ends, the company has 30 days to request a copy, and the database and files are deleted within a further 60 days. Backups expire on their normal schedule.
Each company has a separate database. Access inside it is limited by role and by division. Connections are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected companies without undue delay if we become aware of a breach involving their information.
You may ask to see or correct the personal information held about you. If your information is held for a company, we will pass your request to that company and help them respond. For information we are directly responsible for, write to team@corescape.app. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
This website collects what you send through its forms so we can reply. The demo form asks for your name, company, phone or email, and your message. The referral form asks for your company, name and email, and for the company you are referring: its name, a contact person, and their email or phone.
If someone referred you to us, we got your name and contact details from them. We use them only to get in touch once about CoreScape and to say who referred you. If you would rather not hear from us, or want those details deleted, write to team@corescape.app.
The site counts visits to its pages without cookies and without identifying you. It sets no advertising cookies.
We will post changes here. We will tell customers directly about changes that affect how their information is handled.
