Delete your CoreScape account

CoreScape is the operations app made by Series Five, Ontario, Canada. Your CoreScape account belongs to the company you work for, so a deletion goes through them. You can ask for it in the app or without it.

In the app

Office staff: open your profile (your name or photo) and choose Delete account.
Crew: open My profile and tap Delete my account, under Log out.
Type DELETE and tap Ask to delete. Your company’s owners and admins are told straight away. Until they act, you can cancel the request on the same screen.

Without the app

Email team@corescape.app from the address you sign in with, with your name and your company’s name. We pass the request to your company’s owners and admins and confirm when it’s done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Removed: your sign-in. You can no longer sign in, and you are taken out of every app and list at the company.
Kept by your company: the work records you made while working there, such as hours and timesheets, visits, notes and photos. They are the company’s business records and stay for payroll and legal reasons, under the company’s own retention rules. To have them deleted too, ask your employer.
When the company stops using CoreScape: it has 30 days to ask for a copy, and its database and files, yours included, are deleted within a further 60 days.

If you own the company’s workspace

Closing a whole workspace removes everyone’s accounts and data, so we do it together with you. Write to team@corescape.app or call 613 790 4530.
